Ernie Davis warned me yesterday that time stretching technology has been around for decades, and that I may have allowed myself to be suckered by ChatGPT, which (as has been widely observed) has a habit of making things up, including in this case perhaps an entire technology, to please its human partners. The point I was trying to make, however, is that I wouldn't object to the use of the technology if ChatGPT's story were true.
